What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in: 2:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 am
Can I check in early? Often you can check-in before 2.00 pm , depending by the departure time of the previuos guest . If you arrive very early, you can store your bags in our left-luggage.
At what time do you serve breakfast? From 7:00 am to 10:00 am
At what time does the hotel close at night? The hotel is open 24 hours a day . If you get to the hotel at very late night you might find the door closed. In this case just ring the bell and the night receptionist will open the door.
Do you have a left-luggage?
Yes, we do.
How much do you charge to store my luggage? No charges. It is completely free.
How much do you charge to use the safety box ?
It is free. We just ask for a deposit of a very few euros which will be refunded during your check-out
Where is it possible to rent a car? The staff at Mariano Hotel would be more than happy to offer any assistance necessary. Car rentals are also available at the near Termini Train Station and the Leonardo da Vinci Airport.
Does the hotel offer parking? One of the biggest parking in Rome is available at a distance of 300 meters from the hotel (not property of the hotel)
Do the rooms have balconies? No, the hotel does not have balconies
Do you have interconnecting rooms? No, the hotel does not have interconnecting rooms. You can ask for two rooms near to each other
Is internet access available in the hotel? Yes, we have a WI-FI area free of charges
BOOKING YOUR ROOM
Why is my credit card needed to make a reservation?Your credit card details are required to make a reservation but will not be charged at the time of booking. Your credit card is only used as a form of guarantee. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the amount of 1 night as guarantee in case of no show or late cancellation/amendment. The payment of your stay can be made successively at the hotel in cash or credit card.
I made a booking but I found out that my credit card was charged for the amount of 1 night. Why? We did not charge anything on your card. The amount of 1 night was just "frozen" when the hotel asked for a pre-authorization. It was not credited on the hotel's account. The hotel can access to this amount exclusively in case the client do not respect the cancellation policy or do not show on the check-in day.
How can I cancel a reservation? Just access to our booking engine by clicking the "book now" button and follow the "cancel your booking" link. Alternatively you can find a direct cancellation link on the message we emailed you to confirm your reservation
I do not have a credit card .Can I pay a deposit for my booking or pre-pay my stay by money transfer? Yes, but only if you are booking at least 7 days prior check in day. Before paying by money transfer it is very important to contact the hotel to hold your room optioned for a couple of days.
